Returned Goods
To return pumps for rebuild, testing or analysis, or parts for analysis, repair or credit re-stocking, please:
- Contact Wilfley Customer Service at 303.779.1777 or e-mail pumps@wilfley.com to obtain an authorization number.
- Download, complete and sign the Wilfley Returned Goods form.
- Follow the shipping instructions on the Returned Goods form. Returned pumps must have their cases removed.
- Include the form and an endorsement of the decontamination certificate with your shipment.
