Returned Goods Program
To return pumps for rebuild, testing or analysis, or parts for analysis, repair or credit re-stocking, please:

- Download, complete and sign the Wilfley Returned Goods form.
- Follow the shipping instructions on the Returned Goods form. Returned pumps must have their cases removed.
- Include the form and an endorsement of the decontamination certificate with your shipment.
Pump Rebuild Program
Wilfley offers a complete pump rebuild program.
Wilfley pumps may be returned to the factory in Denver, Colorado, for inspection and rebuild with OEM parts. A hydraulic performance test is also performed on chemical pumps (Models A7, A7NM, AG, AF and S3) prior to their re-painting and return shipment.
Pump Rebuild ProgramThe inspection, rebuild and testing process is accomplished in a matter of several working days, depending on parts availability and customer approval.
Rebuilt pumps are returned with a full factory warranty.
