The Model A7NM chemical processing pump handles liquids containing aggressive, highly corrosive chemicals such as hydrochloric acid up to a temperature of 200F / 93C. Wilfley's dynamic seal is a standard feature of the A7NM pump. The seal provides for leak free operation without a mechanical seal or associated seal water. There is never product dilution. The dynamic seal can accommodate difficult applications such as solutions close to saturation that crystallize or applications with intermittent cavitation or even momentary dry running. The A7 non-metallic pump uses the same rugged power frame as Wilfley's standard metal alloy A7 ASME B73.1 pump.
